Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

Bobs Games LLC (“we”) makes the card game Buck Pitch. This policy explains what the app collects, why, and what you can do about it. We collect only what the game needs to work.

What we collect

When you first open the app, we create an account for your device automatically so your progress and rating can be saved. Tied to that account we store:

Your device holds a secret sign-in token. We never store that token — only a one-way cryptographic hash of it — so that even we cannot use it to access your account.

What we do NOT collect

If you sign in with Apple or Google

Signing in is optional and lets you keep your account across devices. If you do, we store the anonymous account identifier that provider gives us, and an email address only if the provider shares one. We use it solely to recognise you on your next sign-in.

Who can see your information

Your display name and rating are shown to other players on leaderboards and at the table during a game. Your friend code is visible to anyone you share it with. Everything else is private to your account.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

Where it is stored

Account data is held on our hosting and database providers on our behalf. We keep it for as long as your account exists.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your account and everything associated with it at any time. Email support@bobsgamesllc.com from the account you want removed, or with your friend code, and we will delete it.

Children

Buck Pitch is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will remove it.

Changes

If we change what we collect — for example, if we introduce advertising — we will update this policy and its date before the change takes effect.
